Extended Support Information
Your purchase of Fast BugTrack entitles you to a free year of support and upgrades from our upgrade page. Extended support entitles you to another year of free upgrades and support.
As you will notice, our team is always working to improve the product and make new features available for you. Over the last year, some of these changes include the following (included in Version 5.11) :
- Configurable language support including defaults for English/French/Portuguese. (Spanish/German coming soon)
- Event scheduling which allows you to schedule regular reports and notifications.
- Field Ordering allowing complete customization of all fields and groups on the detail pages.
- Workflow Rules which allow you to control any workflow setup or contraints you desire.
- Relative dates which allow you to save filters with meaningful dates for the future.
- Suppress Notification checkbox in cases where notification is not necessary.
- Cloning which allows you to quickly setup field defaults to match an existing id.
- Ability to save charts and reports
- Default filter and language options.
- Configurable rank field for escalation of issues.

How much does it cost to upgrade?
The cost is a mere 25% of the purchase price for the product and is detailed below.
What happens if I don't upgrade?
You can continue running your current version of FBT indefinitely, but we cannot
continue providing free support for your site and new upgrades will only function
as a demo product.
If you decide not to extend you support agreement, support is available at $100
per hour for a minimum of one hour per issue after you are outside your support
agreement window (one year after purchase/renewal).
