Thank you for ordering your licensed copy of Alcea Fast BugTrack!
For information about purchasing Fast BugTrack with a purchase order, cheque, or money order please email bugtrack@alceatech.com.
Note: Order processing is being handled by InternetSecure. You will be redirected to their site from here. Once your order is placed and validated, we are notified, and we will email you a registration key. We have been very happy with their service, as have our customers.
There are 3 main licenses available to choose from. (up to 20 clients, up to 50 clients, or an unlimited number of clients). These licenses are the most common and use our proprietary flat file format for storage. (a backup utility is included)
Additionally, we have an Enterprise system that includes a database interface for any JDBC compliant database. This allows you to store data in a database if this is a requirement, or if an external tool is desired with a database interface (ie: Crystal Reports). This system is only available as an unlimited user license. It includes a migration utility for existing systems.
User limits refer to the number of user profiles you can have on a system. (as opposed to concurrent users).
There are no limits to the number of bugs that can exist within the system.
Purchasing a license entitles you to:
- Notification of updates.
- Free software upgrades for the next 365 days.
- A license to run one instance of Fast BugTrack on one machine. (multiple instances are available at incremental 10% discounts)
- Phone support between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday. (EST)
- Guaranteed Email support between 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday, Saturday noon-5pm. (EST) We are also constantly checking email outside these hours.
Purchasing Fast BugTrack
No physical product is required to use the full version of Fast BugTrack. You will be contacted by Alcea within one business day to get a name to be encoded into your registration key. This name appears on startup as well as on the login banner. This key is emailed to you within one business day.
 NEW: Alcea Fast BugTrack is now available on CD. For an additional charge, you
can receive a hardcopy of Fast BugTrack. You will still be contacted within one business day to get a name to be encoded in your registration key.
This key will be emailed to you within one business day, and you can begin using the full version of Alcea Fast BugTrack at that point. The CD will be shipped via air mail to your location.
Refund Policy
Download the demo and try out our product before you buy it. If you're not
completely satisfied after purchasing the product, and we're not able to
satisfy you, we'll refund your money. No questions, no disputes. It's that simple.
